Digitally Enabled Workflow
Our digitally enabled workflow bridges technology and craftsmanship — reducing
manual steps, minimizing errors, and delivering appliances with greater precision
and speed.

STEP 1
3D STL files of patient’s mouth are sent to Libral Labs along with Rx form

STEP 2
Libral’s technicians begin appliance fabrication on 3D printed models based on equired specifications

STEP 3
Fabricated appliances go through rigorous quality checks to ensure order accuracy and proper fit

STEP 4
Appliance packed securely and shipped
Impression & Case Submission Guidelines

Hawley & Beggs Retainers
Models Required
- For accurate fabrication, we request one of the following :
- Plaster models poured at your clinic and dispatched while setting in the tray, or
- Putty impressions, which will be poured and prepared at our laboratory.

Rapid Maxillary Expander (RME)
High-Quality Records Required
- High-quality impressions as outlined for Retainers, or
- STL files of the upper and lower arches, including a palatal scan and bite registration.
- For digital submissions, please email the completed Rx form along with the STL files.

Appliance Pick-up & Packaging
Pick-up & Packaging
- All appliances are picked up via courier.
- Kindly ensure that cases are packed securely to allow for safe and damage-free transport. For physical submissions, please include the Rx form with the impressions or models.
